Do you make all the announcements at our Reception?
Our Wedding Disc Jockeys are actually skillful Master of Ceremonies (MC or Emcees) and move your Reception along the pre-establish itinerary.  They make all announcements, including your Grand Enterance, introduction of Toasters, First Dance, Cake Cutting, Garter & Bouquet, ect.  They let you know where you are as far as time is concerned and make adjustments as necessary.  They let your guests know what's coming up and ALWAYS encourage them to "stay for the fun".
 
Do you do provide music for the Ceremony as well as the Reception?
We provide not only the music, we also provide cordless microphones for your officiant, podium speakers & any performers you may have at your Ceremony.  We can provide background instrumental music to be playing softly while you recite your vows.  If your Ceremony is at a different location from your Reception, we can provide a second sound system.  After the Ceremony, the second system can be use for the "Cocktail Hour".  When guests arrive at the Reception, music is playing.
 
How do we create an itinerary for our Reception?
The best way is to meet your DJ and complete a Wedding Reception Itinerary Form with him/her.  Our consultations are free and unlimited.  Our Wedding Disc Jockeys are experienced planners and know how much time each event needs and how to create a "Flow" for your reception.  They can advise you the sequencing of events and explain the traditions to why we do things like; the Wedding Party Dance, Money Dance, Married  Couples Dance, ect.  You can also do this yourself by using the forms we've provided in the link below entitled "Planing Forms". 

Can I pick the songs for my Ceremony & Reception.
Yes you can.... and we made this process easier for you.  Click on the "Music Search" link below.  You will be re-directed to our database of over 60,000 songs.  You can create a "Must Play" list by first entering in the desired song title or artist and clicking search.  You can also search artist or titles alphabetically or by all artist and titles.  Once you have found the songs or artist you require, choose the song and create a "Must Play" list by clicking on the green button on the right.  The yellow button creates a "Play If Possible" and the red button creates a "Do Not Play" list. These lists or drpped down to the bottom of your screen. If you want to hear a short 30 second clip of the song, click on the icon to the left of the song title.  You must have an itunes account to do this.  You can download the free version of this at the Apple website. Once there click on the itunes page.  There is a second icon to the left of the song title.  This is for you to view the song lyrics.  This is useful if you need to see if the song is suitable for the dance you want, for example, a Father/Daughter or Mother/Son Dance.  Once you have created your "Must Play" you can (1) save a copy to your computer (2) print a copy (3) send it directly to us.  You can do all of these items by clicking on the buttons on the upper righthand corner of the "Must Play" list you have created.
 
Do I have to pay extra for travel, set-up,  tear-down, or dance floor lights?
No.  Our prices include all travel, set-up and tear-down costs.   We also include dance floor lighting- up to two lights.  The most common lights we use are American DJ Mystic, Vertigo and Aggressor. We also use Martin EF series and the new LED DMX Chauvet Elan.  These lights are place on a "Tree" and out of the paths of your guests. 
 
What do you wear?
Nothing but a smile. JUST KIDDING!  We wear what is appropriate for your event.  Most Weddings are Tuxedo or Coat & Tie.  Sometimes your event is themed.  For example, Beach themes are popular for alot of Weddings and your DJ can follow suit.  Other popular themes include Renaissance, Gangster (zoot suit) & smart Semi-formal. We draw the line if your a Trekkie and you want us to dress up as a crew member.
